Our time together was short
My memories may be faint
But I realize just how special you were
On this day, I remember the feeling
The uncertain feeling
I didn't understand then
And I may not realize it now
But I still feel
And now, when I wake,
A picture, that I don't remember, of us stares at me
I've heard the stories
I've seen the pictures
They don't mean nearly as much as the time that I can I remember
I can remember walking through a hall one day
I caught the smell of you, and freaked
11 years removed
I've survived
11 years removed
I move on
11 years removed
I'm sure I love you just as much, if not more
